Jumping Into a New Week!

Jump training- While it may not pack on pounds of muscle or help shred fat it has its place in a well designed training regiment. Jumping helps improve the firing pattern between your neurons and muscles which in turn improves force output. This increased force output allows you to move more weight when lifting and improves coordination allowing you to train safer when chasing that dream physique!
