🌟 Carina — The Ultimate Utility Player 🌟
If there’s something that needs to be done, Carina is probably already doing it. From folding towels that could honestly rival Carter 👀😂 to picking up shifts whenever we need an extra set of hands, she is the definition of a TEAM PLAYER.
And one of the things we appreciate most about Carina? She helps us bridge the gap. Being bilingual allows her to connect with our members in a way that makes people feel heard, welcomed, and seen. That kind of impact goes far beyond the front desk. 🫶🏻

🌟Anna Myers — The 5AM Hero 🌟
Anna doesn’t just WALK the HYLO walk… she wakes up at 5AM to do it. Whether she’s taking a 5AM class or teaching a MEAN Pulse class, Anna brings the energy every single time.
But when the Samsung washer decided to meet its untimely demise… Anna REALLY showed us what being a team player means.
She took ALL of the dirty laundry home, washed it, folded it, and brought it BACK BY 5AM the next morning so that not a single member was affected by the Great Samsung Washer Death of 2026. 😂🧺
That is next-level dedication. Absolute legend behavior.
