THE JEDI CODE: 5 TEN 5
We will be extremely patient in building this softball team. We will not rush the process. This program will be built from the inside out through trust, development, accountability, and the unity between coaches, players, and families.
The teams before us set a strong foundation. They competed together, supported one another, and established a standard of toughness, discipline, and family. This new team will be expected to carry that same standard with a high understanding of softball fundamentals, game situations, teamwork, leadership, and commitment.
This team has the potential to grow into something special, but growth only comes through consistency, accountability, discipline, and trust in the process. Every player must be committed to development, being present, working hard, and putting the TEAM first.
This program will prioritize long-term player development over shortcuts. We will properly evaluate every athlete, focus on their strengths, improve their weaknesses, and develop them the right way. Our mission is bigger than wins and losses. We are building strong softball players, strong teammates, and strong young leaders.
Our mindset will be different:
We do not win because of one player.
We win because every player did their part.
We win because every player committed to the mission.
We win because the TEAM moved together as one.
Patience will be the key to building this team the right way.
