Today we worked on BAT-TO-BALL contact while tired. The goal is to keep making quality contact even when the body is fatigued.

We worked on BURNOUT SWINGS: Building Strength, Focus, and Discipline.

It’s an incredible feeling, and it’s absolutely worth the effort and dedication required to teach the game when you have players who want to become elite players and overachieving teammates. As a coach, it fills me with excitement for the players I’m coaching because I know that whether they’re sharpening their skills on the field or preparing for life as individuals, they possess the mindset to achieve success. They have the potential to lead fulfilling and joyful lives. This girls are goal-getters and that’s what makes them truly remarkable.
