We had so much fun in Charleston the last two days :) yesterday we went to the beach for a few hours and the day before that we went on a ghost tour of the Old Jail 👻 we have to make going to the beach during the summer a regular thing because it is so nice on the east coast! @ Sullivans Island

I still can’t believe that Worlds is cancelled! My experiences were nothing but amazing and memorable! Each team shaped me to the woman I am today and I am so thankful for all the Injury, blood, sweat, and tears that went into each year!

My heart aches for those, who don’t get that opportunity to compete at Worlds this year! I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this whole thing! @ Evans, Georgia

Since we have time off, I am opening up two different virtual conditioning sessions starting on Wednesday, March 25th for $10 😊 Each day we will be doing a different workout like cardio, core, total body, and legs!

I will doing these virtual workouts over Zoom at 12:30 and 1:30!

“The secret of success is focus of purpose”- Thomas Edison

Lately I have been in such a funk since I haven’t been able to get on a regular schedule, just being plain lazy with my nutrition, and using my ovarian cysts as an excuse to not care what I eat or anything. I forgot my reason why I started this journey and haven’t put my head in the game to get back on the right track😭

But that is what happens when you have a bump in your journey and you just have to push through it and figure out how to get back on the right track😊 having the right team to help push you and cheer you on, even if it’s something small helps get you that extra motivation that you need to get moving again!😍
