Mark your calendars! Family Fit Friday is coming to SCCH on June 05, 2026, and it's going to be an evening of fantastic FREE activities for everyone! Bring the whole crew for face painting, outdoor games, inflatables, shaved ice, concessions, and a DJ to keep the energy up! The fun kicks off at 5pm, and the Color Run starts at 7pm. A huge thanks to our community partners for participating in this event--and to SCCH Administration, Fitness Center, Be Healthy, and Board of Trustees for making it FREE! Just a reminder that Family Fit Friday is this upcoming Friday, June 5th. The Fitness Center parking lot will be closed off by 12:00PM that day. All members will need to park across the street at the overflow lot.

At 5:00PM on Friday, all members planning on coming to the Fitness Center will need to come through Northwood Dr. off of Section St. since access to the Fitness Center will be restricted.

BANANA PROTEIN MUFFIN RECIPE 🍌💪
Don't let those banana's go to waste! Try this for a quick breakfast or mid-day snack!
Ingredients:
1 cup mashed banana approx. 2 large bananas
1 egg
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons coconut oil melted+ cooled or olive oil
3/4 cup oat flour or whole wheat flour
1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips *optional
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a lined or greased muffin tin.
In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in egg, honey, and coconut oil until combined.
Add in flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and ginger. Stir until combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
Pour the muffin batter into muffin cups, filling 3/4 of the way.
Bake the muffins for 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center of the muffin.
Allow the muffins to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
Serving: 1 muffin Cal: 135

Just in time for summer ☀️🥦
1 cup nonfat greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Mix all ingredients together in bowl and serve!
Serving: 0.25cup of dip Calories: 32cal
Eat with veggies, pretzels, crackers, etc!
