This cool front did a good job at shutting the schoolers down. Caught 25+ the other day, then went on a search mission for some crappie. Couldn’t find the crappie so I went right back to the bass.

Welllll, the tournament for today did not pan out at all, but me and my partner stuck around a little later afterwards and got info on a hard to catch bed fish. After watching the male for 30 minutes, the female finally showed up and took about 20 minutes trying to convince her to eat. 8 pounds 7 ounces

The 9 pound 6 ounce from yesterday’s tournament. It took about 15 minutes to convince her to eat, but mannnn that feeling when i watched my bait disappear was something else. I was super convinced she would have went 10 but she did make it to my 2nd biggest bass ever. Forever grateful for moments like these.
