Peace of Mind Yoga Founded in 2011, Peace of Mind Yoga Studio, Sugarloaf, PA is dedicated to bringing balance of body, mind, and spirit to students of all levels.

Locally owned and operated by Kristen Yuhas, we are a Registered Yoga School which offers daily yoga classes as well as workshops and training sessions with renowned yoga instructors. Through this amazing community of teachers and students, we have the opportunity to share all the benefits of this transformational journey of yoga and look forward to serving our area for years to come.
