🚨IMPORTANT UPDATE: Today’s Christos Papadelos & Hannah Griffith seminar has been postponed for the health and safety of everyone. We’re working on a new date and will share it as soon as it’s confirmed.

We will still be at the academy today and will hold Open Mat from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM.
