About the IAGL

The Indo-American Golf League, Inc., ("IAGL"), is a private, members-only, handicap-based golf league that plays monthly individual stroke play tournaments throughout the Houston Gulf-Coast area. Although the IAGL caters towards golfers of South Asian decent, membership applications are open to anyone sponsored by an IAGL member. Players play for both cash prizes and tournament points that accumulate in a race for the IAGL Championship at the end of each season. Our monthly tournaments utilize live leaderboards displaying all players' real-time scores for the more demanding competitor. Registration, scoring and cart pairings are all performed electronically to allow for efficient administration, real-time scoring and, critically, more time socializing. Points accumulated through regular tournaments and majors are combined with a player's final Championship results to determine the year's IAGL Champion.
