πŸ₯Š Rear foot pivots heel to the outside forcing hip to push forward.
πŸ₯Š As hip commits inward rotate rear shoulder forward while pulling lead shoulder back.
πŸ₯Š Committing rear shoulder forward should force your head off the centerline of your opponent.
πŸ₯Š Arm extends forward while beginning a corkscrew motion turning your index knuckle down.
πŸ₯Š At point of contact snap punch over with pinky knuckle at 45 degree angle.

πŸ₯‹ Fundamentals to throwing and landing a proper power jab for kickboxing.

πŸ₯Š- Push off the back foot.
πŸ₯Š- Lead foot steps 45 degrees .
πŸ₯Š- Commit hip in, pushing lead shoulder forward and pulling rear shoulder back.
πŸ₯Š- As hip rotates your head should travel off the center line of your opponent.
πŸ₯Š- As arm extends from body your hand should rotate in a cork screwing motion.
πŸ₯Š- At the point of contact you should snap the punch over rather then punching or pushing through the target.
πŸ₯Š- Retraction of the punch should follow the same path back to your face.

Each exercise is preformed for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest between sets.

πŸ₯Š Jab brings opponents gaurd up as well puts opponents weight on their back foot
πŸ”₯ Round Kick attacks the exposed body as well pushes weight farther onto back foot
πŸ₯Š Lead Hook shifts all opponents weight on to front leg
πŸ”₯ Low Kick attacks wide open lead leg

πŸ₯Š Power cross takes their balance backwards
πŸ”₯ Inside low kick widens their base forcing a more squared stance
