Congratulations to the newest group of Yoga Teacher Training students who have finished the classroom part of their training and will be offering FREE yoga to continue practicing their teaching skills! These classes are geared to all levels of yogis and will be a flow style of yoga. EVERYONE IS WELCOME so bring your own mat (or rent one for $5), some water, and a friend! Spots are limited, so we recommend reservations.

Get sweaty with us! September is often a month for reset, it’s the return to routine and structured schedules.
Kick off your fall schedule with a challenge to reset body, mind and soul! This is a free yoga challenge (just pay for your yoga)! How it works:
 
🧡 From September 1 - 30, take as many classes as you can in one month.
🧡 Workshops count as two classes.
🧡 Each class you take goes toward an entry into our raffle for some OM-azing prizes!
🧡 Everyone who takes at least 10 classes will get 1 entry in our raffle.
🧡 Track your classes on your very own Sweaty September card

Changes are coming to our schedule starting September 1.

🧘Tuesday 8:30am Flow with Lesley — This class will transition from Hot Flow to a non-heated Flow.
🧘Tuesday 10:00am Restorative Flow — This class will now be available in studio + on Zoom.
🧘Thursday 10:00am Restorative Flow — This class will continue in studio only (no Zoom).
🧘Sunday 10:30am Yin — This class will also be in studio only moving forward.

AND check our modified schedule for Labor Day Monday, September 7.

AND last but not least, Sweaty September starts next week on 9/1. Join us for a month of getting back to your yoga practice.

Our next Talyard class is here! Savor the last stretch of summer at our Last Light of Summer: Slow Flow + Sound Bath led by Awakened Yoga’s Elizabeth and Jess outdoors at Talyard Brewing Company. The free class will end with a calming crystal sound bath with Jess. An easy Sunday morning to move, breathe, and soak in the season before it slips away. Everyone is welcome (no yoga experience required). Bring your own mat, water and a friend. Stay after the class and take advantage of Talyard’s Buy One, Get One drink special just for yogis.

Talyard Brewing Co is located at 1033a Imperial Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77498. This class will be outdoors if weather permits.

Arm Balance Workshops with Blossom
Learn to build your arm balances intelligently. Arm balances aren’t about strength alone They’re about your mindset and your understanding of how the body works. Learn to warm up with purpose, activate the right muscles, understand your balance point, and build the technique to lift with control.
 
Two workshops are available: Beginner Arm Balances and Arm Balance Exploration.
 
1️⃣ Beginner Arm Balance
We’ll work toward Crow Pose and Side Crow, starting from the foundation: mindset, drills, and techniques.
Date/Time: Saturday, September 19 1:30-3:30pm

2️⃣ Arm Balance Exploration
We’ll explore Firefly, Funky Flying Crow, and Flying Crow, focusing on the body preparation and tools that can help you work toward almost any arm balance.
Date/Time: Saturday, September 26 1:30-3:30pm
