The 2021 Legacy Coaches Challenge is here!!

Summer is creeping! The economy is slowly opening back up. Texas is about to be hotter then a M**o! It’s time to get out, travel and show some skin (for Vitamin D purposes only of course)! Let’s build up some lean muscle and reduce our body fat in time to OWN IT!

Anyone needing that push, extra motivation. Anyone currently struggling with their WHY. Anyone wanting to have a little more confidence this summer around the pool. Anyone who just wants to join a fun group of people and get their fitness on! Bring it!

Standing donkey kick / toes pointed - each leg 25 lifts

Leg cross over “picnic” squat – each leg 25

Lunge into a curtsy – 25 each leg

Criss cross jumps 25-30

Forearm plank pikes 25

Butterfly sit ups 25

Curtsy ( can add leg lift ) 15 stay on same leg
Curtsy pulses 15 stay on same leg then switch
Bulgarian split squats 12-15 each leg

Frog bridges 20-25
Hydrant position - knee to elbows 15 each leg
Plank hops ( or diagonal steps) 12-15 each way

Hip flexor circles on hands and knees 10 circles each way
Knee tuck windshield wipers 15-20 each way
Ab crunch hold and punch 15 each arm
