From 150 To 170 💪🏾 Here’s How I did it:
- Eat More
- Lift
- Lift heavier

- Rest.
- Repeat
Of course there’s more to it but is there really? I only get paid to be the guy who did the research for you and lives the life he preaches. (to the best of my ability)
