P.s. we're 30% to our goal!! 🎉

We started this company in Denver in 2011 with a hand-sewn prototype and a festival on the books. Fifteen years later we're still here — still showing up, still making something we're incredibly proud of.

We've been through Covid. We've been through Hurricane Helene. We've had some of the hardest years of our lives. And we're still standing.

Now we're making our biggest move yet — entering retail for the first time — and we're opening this journey to the people who've been with us all along.

You can invest in Tarpestry starting at just $500.

We'd love to have you with us for this next chapter.

After 15 years, we have something important to share. This one’s personal.

Tarpestry has been our life’s work since 2011. Fifteen years of making something we’re proud of, building a community we love, and showing up every day for a brand we believe in with our whole heart.

Right now, we’re struggling. Covid hit us hard — like it did so many small businesses — and we never fully recovered. Costs went up 30-40% across the board. Revenue dropped. We’ve been fighting to keep the lights on.

But we’re not writing to say goodbye. We’re writing because we have a real plan to not just survive but grow bigger than we’ve ever been.

We’ve secured a manufacturing partnership that cuts our production costs by more than 50%. For the first time in 15 years, we can finally hit the price points that retail stores require. The brand is intact. The audience is real. The path forward is clear.
We just need the right people to grow with us.

We’re looking for equity investors who believe in what this brand stands for. If that’s you, or if you know someone it might be, please reach out. Send us a DM, reply to this post, or email [email protected].

And if investing isn’t where you’re at right now, there’s another way to help today.

We’re running 20% off sitewide — no code needed. Every order that comes in this week helps us keep the lights on while we work toward the bigger vision.

Sharing this post costs nothing and could change everything for us.

Thank you for 15 years of showing up for us. We hope to get the chance to show up for you in return.
