Our team is racing at nationals this weekend in Ohio! The fall is coming and it’s time to get your feet a running! We work hard, play hard, and have the BEST time!

Tomorrow, we will have our age group 13-19, elite, and junior elite kids crush their races!

Pray for them!

HUGE SHOUT OUT....Madelyn Berry set a PR and landed herself on the podium today at the HOG JOG 5k! She placed 3rd OVERALL for the women! Way to go, Madelyn! Hard work paying off......

What an amazing day for our team!!

They came.
They raced.
They rocked it!!!!!

Jamie, Brenna, Lily, Avery, Mia, and Ethan were total rockstars at VHGB today!

It’s a great triathlon for beginners and all proceeds go to the Virginia Home for Boys and Girls (amazing cause - look them up!).

Mia Stimson - 1st 6-7 girls
Lily Stimson - 2nd 8-9 girls
Avery Diette - 3rd 8-9 boys
Jamie Maples - 3rd boys
