Maddie Suzel #67

Don’t let her size fool you — Maddie is tiny but MIGHTY! 💪🏼 This girl can bring it from the circle, and that mean changeup of hers will have batters second-guessing everything! 😮‍💨🔥

But one of the best things about Maddie is the joy she brings to the team. She’s a great friend and teammate, always has a smile on her face, and genuinely loves being out there playing with her girls. ❤️

We also love that her favorite athlete is Papa 🥹 and apparently when she isn’t striking girls out, she’s at home taking care of her SEVEN chickens! 🐔😂

Maddie has big dreams of becoming a professional softball player one day, and we can’t wait to watch her keep growing, learning, and chasing those dreams!

Keep smiling, keep working, and keep throwing that nasty changeup, #67! 🥎⭐️

We are SO excited for this one! Our Lady Rangers 10U are getting the opportunity to take the field at Harbor Park Stadium — home of the Norfolk Tides! 🤩⚾️

MEET COACH JOSH MORRIS 💙🥎

If you’ve been around the Lady Rangers for more than five minutes, chances are you’ve heard Coach Josh before you’ve seen him. 🤫

Holding it down at 3rd base, Coach Josh is known for being the loudest voice on the field and for having approximately 472 different signs that neither the girls—or the rest of us—can always keep up with. 🤷🏼‍♀️🫨 Just kidding!

But behind all the noise and crazy hand signals is a coach who truly cares about these girls. He pushes them to work hard, believe in themselves, compete, and become better players and teammates every time they step on the field.

We’re thankful for the energy, encouragement, laughs, and heart Coach Josh brings to our Ranger family. ❤️

Alivia Gates #1

Don’t let that amazing smile fool you — Alivia is TOUGH AS NAILS! 💪 Always willing to step up, play wherever she’s needed, and do whatever it takes for her team.

And that home run goal of hers?! 👀 She’s getting closer! Last night Alivia sent one all the way to the outfield and hustled out a DOUBLE! 🔥 Keep swinging like that… we have a feeling that home run is coming sooner rather than later! 💣

Alivia also brings so much personality to our dugout. She knows how to keep the hype going, cheer on her teammates, and bring that energy when we need it most. And somehow, she does it all with that big, contagious smile! ❤️

We love having a girl who is tough, versatile & fearless. Keep working, Alivia — we can’t wait to watch you crush that goal! ⭐️

WHAT. A. GAME. 😮‍💨🔥

A complete nail-biter from start to finish that took us into the 7th inning, but these Lady Rangers refused to quit. They fought for every out, every base, every run — and battled until the VERY last play. ❤️🤍💙

When it was all said and done…

These girls showed so much heart, grit, determination, and TEAMWORK when it mattered most. They stayed together, kept fighting, and found a way to finish the job. 💪🏼

From starting the weekend in pool play to ending it as CHAMPIONS… we could not be prouder of this group! 🥹🏆

Back in Norfolk today! Mother Nature may have changed our plans yesterday, but we’re ready to get back on the dirt!

We take on the Lady Canes at 11:30AM to finish pool play that was postponed due to weather today.

Once that game is complete, we’ll be seeded and head straight into bracket play! Game times will be determined based on seeding, so stay tuned for updates! 🥎
