Long Island MSBL is proud to honor Laura Doherty as a member of the 2026 MSBL Hall of Fame Class.

For more than 25 years, Laura has dedicated herself to the game of baseball and the players who have been fortunate enough to learn from her leadership, passion, and commitment. Through countless practices, games, and seasons, she has helped shape the lives of players both on and off the field, embodying the values that make our league and our community special.

Laura’s induction is especially historic as she becomes the first female inductee in MSBL Hall of Fame history—a milestone that reflects not only her remarkable contributions to the league but also the lasting impact she has made throughout the baseball community.

Her tireless dedication, unwavering support of her players, and commitment to growing the game have left an indelible mark on the MSBL for more than two decades. She has earned the respect of players, coaches, families, and league officials alike, serving as a role model and ambassador for the sport she loves.

Today, we celebrate a true pioneer, mentor, and champion of baseball.

Congratulations, Laura, on this well-deserved honor and thank you for 25 years of service to the MSBL.

The MABL/MSBL All-Star Game is coming to Eisenhower Park!

All Star Team Managers and team alignments have been emailed to all teams.  All games are Saturday, June 20th.
 
The All Star Game times can be found below:
 
* 18+ - 1pm @ Eisenhower B
* 25+ - 9am @ Eisenhower B
* 35+ - 1pm @ Eisenhower C
* 45+ - 9am @ Eisenhower C
* 55+ - 9am @ Eisenhower A
* 60+ - 1pm @ Eisenhower A

From the Commission’s Desk:

All outstanding fees due must be paid by Monday, June 1 in order for your team to continue the season. Teams will be emailed individually over the next few days to confirm what has been received and what is still outstanding (if anything).

ROSTER FREEZE DATE – THIS SUNDAY, MAY 31
Please be reminded that all rosters will freeze May 31 and all players must be registered and paid before this date.
All rosters will be printed on Monday, June 1 and emailed to all teams within the Division. The rosters as of this date will be FINAL.
If you have not yet posted your roster online or are having issues accessing the system, please let us know ASAP so we can assist you.

OPEN DATES LIST
Please also find attached the most updated Open Dates List for makeups and additional games. As a reminder, we MUST hear from BOTH team managers before a game can be booked for you.

ALL STAR GAMES
All Star games are scheduled for Saturday, June 20th at Eisenhower Park. Details on how many players per team will be selected per team will be sent out early next week.
