💪🏼Over the course of the 30 Day April Ab Challenge, you can expect a different theme to each day's ab workout.💪🏼
😊And yes, you will train abs every day for the next month. The themes to expect with each workout will vary and will include anything from high rep sets to full circuits.😊
⏰No workout should take longer than 15 minutes, and some can be as little as 4 minutes.⏰
🙏🏼You can do the workouts in the 30-Day Ab Challenge when you wake up, during your regular workout, at the end of the day, or even if you have a few spare minutes after work, the main idea is to do all 30 sessions.🙏🏼
🙌🏼When you are done with each day, take a video or photo, post to your instagram feed or story and tag me to help keep yourself accountable!🙌🏼

🔺Eating breakfast improves your energy levels and ability to concentrate in the short term, and can help with better weight management, reduced risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease in the long term.
🔺Drinking water is vital to training. It helps you to maximize your physical performance, significantly affects energy level and brain function, helps to treat and prevent headaches, and can also aid in weight loss.
🔺Sleep! Sleep regulates your hormones. We’re on a 24hr pattern that varies within our life. Getting not enough, or too much sleep, can disrupt this. Not getting enough sleep can also affect your metabolism. Studies have shown that not getting enough quality sleep can lead to increased consumption of food, especially fatty, sweet, and salty foods. It can also decrease physical activity.
🔺Fruit and vegetables are a good source of vitamins and minerals, including folate, vitamin C and potassium. They're an excellent source of dietary fiber, which can help to maintain a healthy gut and prevent constipation and other digestion problems.
🔺Get outside and walk! Not only are you getting fresh air, but just 30 minutes every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance!

🥣 Getting up & eating a balanced breakfast encourages healthy eating for the rest of your day. It also fills your stomach to avoid overeating and snacking later on.

🍳 Eating in the morning helps your body better break down glucose, also known as blood sugar. In fact, you can avoid glucose fluctuations throughout the day by eating fruit, grains, and lean protein within two hours of waking up.

🥞 Breakfast jump-starts your metabolism in the morning. Getting your metabolism working early helps burn calories throughout the day. Skipping an early meal tells your body to conserve, rather than burn, extra calories.

🧇 Breakfast boosts energy levels & stimulates the brain! Stable glucose levels can help your ability to focus, reason, and process information. People who eat an early meal show an increase in physical activity throughout their mornings than people who skip it. Therefore - getting your 🍑 to the gym!

Daphne!

27 day result in dropping inches, toning the body and posture fixture. Daphne trained 5x a week, and she was getting into shape for a family vacation!

In the After video, you can notice her back has been strengthened and her posture is a lot straighter, her legs, abs and arms are toned out. All in the course of just under 1 month.

Only a 2 week result in inches being dropped! Tricia trains 2x a week, and these are her results with just 4 sessions into our game plan!

We started a game plan two weeks ago with how we’re going to hit her fitness goals. Session 1 Tricia was only able to squat 75lbs (heaviest). On session 4 Tricia was able to squat 105lbs (heaviest).
