“There is virtue in work and there is virtue in rest. Use both and overlook neither.” — Alan Cohen 🤍

In a world that constantly encourages us to move faster, do more, and keep pushing forward, it can be easy to forget that rest is not weakness — it’s necessary.

Rest gives us the opportunity to reset, reflect, heal, and reconnect with ourselves in ways that constant movement never can. Slowing down does not mean you are falling behind. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause, breathe deeply, and create space for stillness.

As you move into the week ahead, I hope you make time not only for the things you need to accomplish, but also for the moments that help you feel grounded, calm, balanced, and present 🌿

Whether it’s a yoga practice, a mindful walk, a few deep breaths, or simply allowing yourself a quiet moment… those small pauses matter more than we often realize.
