It is with a rather nostalgic voice that I announce my retirement as President and co-founder of The Write Track™. Since 1980, my focus has been to bring the best of writing instruction to the schools in our country through training and materials. The feedback and support received by me and my incredibly talented consultants support my belief that Write Track™ has truly made a difference for countless teachers and students. I want to thank all of you for your patronage and encouragement. I am so grateful for the opportunity to have realized my own professional goals and for all the people who have made my journey possible.

Diane Gess came out of semi-retirement to train teachers in reading comprehension skills for the North Bergen, New Jersey Schools 2010=2011. "It's good to be back!" smiled the founder of Write Track™. Teachers and students are enjoying the experience as well.

Great news from one of our Florida Districts. When a study was done on the 2010 FCAT Writes scores, the administrators discovered that the five schools with the smallest gap between 3.5 and 4.0 were schools that had one thing in common. All of these higher achieving schools had some level of Write Track™ training. We are so proud of our program and the teachers who make it work in their classrooms.
