It has taken me this long to post this because it has taken me this long to process this. I’ll save the long speeches for our team zoom’s but... I love you all.. what an honor it was to Coach such a special group of girls. We had unfinished business to take care of but to look back on what we accomplished together is something I and you all should be incredibly PROUD of. Putting this together was heartbreaking but also brought me so many laughs and hilarious memories.. what a pain in the ass group you were/are. Irreplaceable. Katie feel free to text your questions from college anytime!! Love and miss you all. SMS 2020 ❤️

Day 1/365 to make a choice to better your life in some way, shape or form! I didn’t read in 2019 as much as I would have liked so starting off the year, working on fixing it. If your not who or where you want to be, choose something you want to grow through and chip away it, everyday.

If you want to get into shape or work out more, you don’t need to sign up for a marathon, just start by running 10 minutes a day! When you look at a full staircase it is OVERWHELMING but if you look at just the first step, it’s not that bad 🌟

Life is about becoming who we want and we’re meant to be, so make sure to GROW through what you go through. It’s a new year and the re-start button has just been hit, don’t waste it 💕

Just feeling extra grateful&thankful for all that my life is right now. It’s easy to get caught up in the day to day routine and lose track of the important stuff. I believe everything happens for a reason and all that happens (even the worst of days) are all part of what brings you to where you are supposed to be.

My life consists of a lot of work (as we all know)... It may not be what some people dream to be ‘the dream’ but along with those hours and jobs, is work I love to do, with girls, athletes, families, coaches, students, companies, teams, schools, BossB’s, co-workers, and people, now FRIENDS, I love even more.

Pausing from the GRIND (just for a hot sec) to feel humbled by where I am right now AND to say thank you to all of the people in my life for helping mold me into who I am today. You are constantly influenced by your circle, so make sure it’s a good one.

Early mornings, long days and even later nights.. less sleep, no days off, weekend hours and always being on call. When you sign up for the dream, you sign up for the hustle that goes along with it.

If you are going to do something BIG, go ALL IN and do it right. Everything in my life that I have accomplished or conquered, whether that was being a college-athlete, starting my first business or expanding into my second and third, it was TOUGH. Don’t be afraid of the commitment, don’t back out or away from HARD WORK, you will only come out on the other side stronger because of it. If you want something, you have to take it. Trust me it’s WORTH IT. .sudbury
