The true transformation isn't just how you look and feel, it's how you operate daily and weekly.

Consistent intense strength training, daily movement, appropriate and meaningful conditioning, nutritional structure, fun in the gym, fun being active, fun being social while knowing how and when to reign it in.

When you adopt a lifestyle that is sustainable the transformation has already happened. Now we wait for any aesthetic goals to catch up.

Just move more and eat less is shallow advice. Like duh.

The real question is HOW.

How do I structure and implement a "move more, eat less" approach into my life. How do I do so consistently? And how do I do more than just move more and eat less? How do I set myself up to thrive, to be more than a robot, to actually have a purpose to my plan.

Here's some second level practice steps we coach people through.

And the reality is with jobs, kids, extra curricular activities it is challenging to implement. But if you take things slow and focus on the quality of the ex*****on rather than the speed of it you can do this on your own.
