Got some Chili started this morning for today’s hunter lunch of chili and cinnamon rolls. What do you have with your chili, cornbread or cinnamon rolls? It’s a frosty 🥶 morning in this part of Kansas so I think a bowl of hot chili will hit the spot.

Did you know if you book a hunt with us for the 2026-2027 season there will be a little girl helping me out in the kitchen? I’m sure she’ll make your time with us extra special. ☺️

Another great weekend with an awesome group of guys. Had to battle some heat on Saturday (pushing 95°), but the morning was manageable. Sunday morning was 👌🏻real nice. Stayed in the 50’s for some time with a little north breeze. I think everyone was grateful for the cool down, especially our 4 legged friends. Look forward to seeing you all next year.

We are back at it for the ‘24-‘25 season. Starting off the year with a great group who has been coming for close to 20 years. We had a great morning chukar hunt, the shooting warmed up as the morning rust wore off. Got some pretty tired dogs after the first run but they didn’t miss a beat. Looking forward to another good morning tomorrow.
