Tonight was a special night at Championship Martial Arts.

After years of hard work, dedication, perseverance, and countless hours on the mat, we are proud to congratulate our newest Black Belts!

Tonight’s demonstrations showcased self-defense, sparring, grappling, weapons, board breaking, and brick breaking. But earning a black belt is about far more than martial arts skills.

A black belt represents character, perseverance, leadership, and the decision to keep moving forward when things become difficult.

We are incredibly proud of each of these students and the growth they have demonstrated both on and off the mat.

To the parents, family members, friends, and instructors who supported them along the way: thank you. No one reaches this milestone alone.

As we reminded them tonight:

A Black Belt is not a reward. It is a responsibility.

Congratulations to our newest Black Belts. Your journey is far from over, and we can’t wait to see where it takes you next.

Master's Club picking up sticks!

We've been working on the Indigenous art of the Philippines, Kali! Students are learning how to keep their mind sharp when under pressure, making sure each strike is exact and each block is complete

Today we celebrated our Belt Graduation for Championship Martial Arts Sturgis with a great afternoon together at Trojan Timbers.

A new belt represents far more than learning techniques. It reflects months of hard work, discipline, perseverance, and personal growth. Every student promoted today earned their advancement through consistent effort and a commitment to becoming better each week.

We’re also grateful for the parents, grandparents, and family members who make this journey possible. Thank you for the countless rides, encouragement, and support you provide throughout the year. These accomplishments belong to you, too.

After graduation, it was great to gather as a martial arts family for food, conversation, and time together outside the dojo. Strong communities aren’t built only through training. They’re built through relationships.

Congratulations to all of our graduates. Enjoy this achievement, then get ready. The next level begins now.

Due to some unexpected changes, we have moved tomorrow's graduation ceremony to Trojan Timbers in Sturgis.

🕙 The ceremony will still begin at 10:00 AM.
