I prayed and prayed and prayed for what my next path would be and then I waited and today, God, as always, provided me with an opportunity to do what I love most! I would say it landed in my lap, but I know it was God’s choice & timing, not mine. 🙏🏼

I think we all need reminded to “not judge a book by its cover”. Some people have said they see me “now” and don’t think they are fit enough for my classes. Trust me when I say all levels are welcome!

I was once there too👇🏼I’ve lost 65+ pounds TWO DIFFERENT times in 12 years, if anyone gets it, it’s me! I’m in your corner and here to help, you just have to commit and show up. Once I got tired of my own excuses, my life changed 💯

You will be embraced and loved exactly where you are at in YOUR journey and modifications are always an option. This is a judgement free space and always will be.
