I love using the imagery of moving your legs through crystal clear waters when I teach the seated abdominal leg series in my Gyrokinesis class on Mondays at 10am. I finally had the opportunity to actually do it! Thanks for keeping Lake Tahoe blue 💙 ®

Working with new pointe shoes 🩰 is a challenge! To help strengthen the ankles and move through relevé, I had Lola on the Gyrotonic jumping-stretching board. Dancers benefit from strengthening in a horizontal position and learning to support their body through their seed center and core. We finished with some stretching to open up the hamstrings and adductors.
