Drawing from extensive backgrounds in professional dance, chiropractic care, and Pilates instruction, our program brings together the best of classical Pilates and contemporary movement science. This unique approach has helped make PSC a globally recognized Pilates teacher-training program.

Our studio’s certification program is led by Master Trainer and Studio Owner Lora, who has been teaching these courses for more than 20 years.
