What’s up humans! I hope you’re all having a great first week of May! I’m just here to give you some encouragement and to tell you to KEEP GOING! KEEP WORKING! You CAN do hard things!
Also remember, you are not alone! If you need help with accountability with food or working out, find a coach you resonate with! It is ok to get help!
Today I got a great workout in with my coach did some grocery shopping, and got some cardio in! Find what your weakest link is. I found myself struggling to do workouts on my own after training clients all day. The intensity I needed wasn’t there, I didn’t have a workout partner, and I wasn’t excited to train myself anymore. So I found a solution. THERE ARE NO EXCUSES, ONLY SOLUTIONS. I’m committed to being the best me. And doing so means staying consistent with my movement, eating nutrient dense foods, having proper sleep, and SELF CARE!!!
I know Trying to reach optimal health, getting the physique you want, and just feeling confident can be very overwhelming and at times very difficult. But just keep telling yourself you deserve it. You deserve the absolute best version of yourself. ❤️
