✨🎓 Congratulations, Amy! 🎓✨

Amy has been part of CIDA for so long that it’s hard to remember a how long. I still remember meeting her through one of my after-school programs many years ago, and from the very beginning she quietly became one of those dancers you could always count on.

Amy is the definition of dedication. She shows up, works hard, gives her best every single class, and never asks for recognition. She is one of the sweetest, kindest souls and has always been willing to help wherever needed whether that meant jumping in to teach a class, helping me out without hesitation, signing up for performances, or simply being there for others.

She has truly been such a huge part of CIDA She leads with kindness, supports everyone around her, and has always been the type of dancer and person who makes a school stronger just by being part of it.

As Amy heads off to Harvey Mudd College for this exciting next chapter, I could not be more proud of the incredible young woman she has become. But one thing makes this a little easier… knowing we still get one more chapter together. I’m so excited that Amy will continue dancing and training with CIDA as we head toward Nationals and Regionals. Who knows what the next few years will bring, but I’m incredibly grateful for one more opportunity to be part of her journey.

We are so proud of you, Amy, and we can’t wait to watch you continue to shine both on and off the stage. 💕☘️

✨🎓 Congratulations, Aubrey! 🎓✨

It’s almost impossible to imagine CIDA without Aubrey. She was one of the very first members of our school, and honestly, I’ve been teaching her for as long as I can remember. We’ve shared so many memories over the years classes, competitions, travels, and some of my proudest moments as a teacher.

One of the greatest privileges has been traveling to the World Championships with Aubrey on numerous occasions. Watching her represent CIDA on the world stage and become one of our treasured Worlds qualifiers over the years has been incredibly special. She will always be one of the stars of CIDA and such an important part of our story. I can’t imagine CIDA without Aubrey it really feels like the end of an era ! The AJ Era !!!

What I’ll miss most is Aubrey being Aubrey the energy she brought into every room, the excitement she had to throw herself into every new step, move, challenge, or idea without hesitation. And as the years went on, watching her transition from being the little dancer trying everything herself into becoming someone the younger dancers looked up to was so special. She always took the time to encourage and help the little kids, and that says everything about who she is. I’ll will miss calling on her to demonstrate for the littles ! She was someone to look up to in class 👌

As she heads off to Oregon, I know this next chapter is going to be amazing. While we will miss her terribly, I am beyond proud of the incredible young woman she has become. Once a CIDA girl, always a CIDA girl. 💕☘️

✨🎓 Congratulations, Callan! 🎓✨

Some dancers walk into your school and become part of the team… and then there are dancers like Callan, who become part of the story of CIDA forever.

I still remember when Callan first reached out and asked if she could do distance learning classes. I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant at first teaching Irish dance over Zoom felt like a challenge all on its own! But from the moment I met her, I knew she was different. Her determination, discipline, dedication, and incredible attitude made it obvious she was someone special.

We spent countless hours teaching over Zoom, dealing with Wi-Fi glitches and all the little challenges that came with it, but while I’d be getting frustrated, Callan would just take it all in her stride and honestly, that’s exactly how she approaches life. Calm, focused, resilient, and exceptional in everything she does.

Even though she wasn’t physically in class every day, every time she came for Saturday classes or visited twice a month, she brought this unbelievable energy that filled the room. She became such a huge part of CIDA, and we felt that presence every single time.

It has been one of the greatest privileges watching Callan compete around the world at the World Championships, All Irelands, and All Scots and watching her recall and place at Worlds has been one of the proudest highlights of my teaching career. But beyond the titles and results, Callan is a true champion on and off the stage.

As she heads off to Austin and The University of Texas, I am so excited for this next chapter. I have no doubt she will approach it the same way she approaches everything else with grace, determination, and heart.

We will miss you more than words can say, Callan. Thank you for being such a special part of CIDA. Once CIDA family, always CIDA family. 🖤💗☘️

✨🎓 Congratulations, Kylie! 🎓✨

It’s hard to put into words just how special this moment is. Kylie has been with CIDA since the very beginning and has truly grown up alongside our school. As one of our most senior dancers, she has been such an important part of our CIDA family leading by example, supporting younger dancers, and bringing so much dedication, kindness, and heart to every class.

Watching you grow into the incredible young woman you are today has been such a privilege, and now seeing you head off to NYU makes us beyond proud. Your future is so bright, and we know this is only the beginning of amazing things ahead.

We will miss you terribly, but we cannot wait to watch all the incredible things you accomplish in this next chapter. Once CIDA family, always CIDA family. 💕☘️
