OFFICIAL RACESAVER ENTERPRISES ANNOUNCEMENT
2027 TIRE RULE UPDATE — SECOND-GENERATION RIGHT REAR TIRE

Effective June 1, 2027

RaceSaver Enterprises is announcing an important update to the official tire rule for the 2027 racing season.

Effective June 1, 2027, the second-generation RaceSaver right rear tire will become the only right rear tire for all RaceSaver competition.

The remaining three tire positions will continue to be open tire choice, subject to existing rules. The left rear tire will continue to require a minimum 35 durometer, exactly as it has under the previous tire rule.

BUILT AROUND THE RACER
This rule change is being implemented with one primary objective: protecting affordable, competitive racing for RaceSaver competitors.

By making the RaceSaver second-generation right rear the only tire while allowing racers to continue choosing their other three tires, RaceSaver Enterprises can maintain a controlled tire program without unnecessarily increasing the overall cost of competing.
This approach allows RaceSaver to maintain a lower price point for racers and help keep competitor pricing in check, while continuing to provide a consistent and competitive racing product.

RaceSaver Enterprises remains committed to controlling costs wherever possible and ensuring that the cost of racing does not become a barrier to participation.

EXPANDED DISTRIBUTION FOR 2027

RaceSaver Enterprises will also significantly expand tire distribution for the 2027 season, with additional distribution areas being established to improve availability for racers across the country.
Our goal is simple: get the tires closer to the racers who need them.
Expanded distribution will provide greater accessibility to the new right rear tire while helping reduce unnecessary travel and shipping costs for competitors.

THE RACESAVER COMMITMENT

RaceSaver Enterprises was built on the principle that racers should be able to compete at a high level without having to spend unlimited amounts of money to do so.
The 2027 tire program continues that commitment.
One right rear. Three open tire positions. A 35-or-harder left rear. Expanded distribution. Controlled costs. Competitive racing.

The new tire rule will officially take effect June 1, 2027.
Additional information regarding the second-generation RaceSaver right rear tire, approved distributors, availability, and distribution territories will be released as the 2027 season approaches.

Sunday August 9 both concession stands will be open for the Car Show at 3 o’clock. The North Concession Stand by the football field will be operated by the Stuart FFA and Stuart Legion Auxiliary will be in the one behind the grandstands. If you want to come out and support them before the races start and grab something during the day that would be greatly appreciate

It’s been a difficult year with all of the cancellations any support would be appreciated.

🚨 RACE CANCELLATION – SUNDAY, JULY 26 🚨

After consulting with the National Weather Service and closely monitoring the forecast, we have made the difficult decision to cancel tomorrow night's races due to the dangerous heat and extreme heat index expected across our area.

The safety of our drivers, pit crews, officials, volunteers, fans, and everyone involved with race day will always be our highest priority. With the forecasted conditions, we feel it is simply not safe to hold the event.

The good news is that our Car Show & Shine, GOTRA races, and Kids Candy Drop have all been rescheduled to Sunday, August 9th! That night will also be Championship Night at Stuart Raceway, making it one of the biggest and most exciting nights of the season.

With today's cancellation, there are now only TWO race nights remaining in our 2026 season. Join us Sunday, August 2nd for our final regular points race of the year, then come back Sunday, August 9th for Championship Night, featuring all of the rescheduled events, the Car Show & Shine, GOTRA races, and the Kids Candy Drop. It's going to be an incredible way to close out another great season at Stuart Raceway.

If you're planning to enter a vehicle in the Car Show & Shine, watch for registration information coming soon. Everyone who registers a vehicle for the show will receive one FREE admission ticket to the races that evening.
