Flying Fish Paddle Tribe

Flying Fish Paddle Tribe Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5pm at the Flying Fish Paddle Sports for practice. All board designs welcome. Bring your PFD and leash.

Every training session will be completely different with a skill/drill portion working on the finer points of the stroke as well as practice of challenging skills such as pivot turns and drafting. Workouts will always be new with emphasis on intensity and form topped off with accessory body weight work to strengthen our core and paddling muscles. Paddlers should be able to paddle and stay balanced

comfortably on their own before joining our class. For very novice paddlers check out Flying Fish Paddle Sport's "Friendly First Timer" class.
