He might be a year or two or five younger than me but he’s always been someone that I have looked up to and respected for how he has always carried and conducted himself, and this has only grown since we’ve gotten the chance to work side by side here in Florida. ⁣

Brett’s rear lat was arguably his weakest pose over the past two years and due to his dedication it’s turning into one of his best. ⁣

We are using weight as a market more so for Brett’s metabolism and not as a marker of him being ready or not.

Coach Matt Jansen has been fortunate to be a part of Arsenal Strength an equipment manufacturer in Knoxville, TN and they have allowed Coach Matt to use the showroom as his own to be the home of Camp Jansen to film with other athletes that come to town.

All content that Coach Matt pushes is now with a team of 3 other amazing athletes. Coaches Nadia Szymanowicz , Matt Burzacott & Nick Gloff with an education series that takes a new perspective to train and approach.
