KIDS CLASSES
4:30p every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Today’s class had several kids that have been here and two brand new kids. Bet you can’t tell who’s who.
Rules:
1. Be a good listens
2. Try your best
3. Have fun
Game plan:
1. Grip fighting - start neutral wrist grips, gain both wrist grips without them having yours
2. Floating butterfly - top: keep hands on the mats our partners upper body, you can’t touch their knees, keep your knees off the mat. Get to split squat, double feet outside or mount. Bottom: feet in-front or around
3. Single leg x - top: get to split squat, double feet outside or mount. Bottom: put their hands or their butt on the mat.
4. Double seated one play has feet inside, other player has feet on the outside, both players have ankle grips. Goal for both players: try to stand up without your partner standing up
Bonus fun game: take the bacon! Race to the belt and get the belt and yourself to the other side of your cones.
