The snowdrop blooms where others cannot.

It pushes through the frozen earth, piercing layers of snow to show the world that beauty and resilience can exist even in the harshest conditions. It stands alone, yet its delicate petals hold the strength to endure the winter’s grip.

Have you ever felt like the snowdrop?
Walking this earth alone, always on the fringe—an outsider looking in. It can feel isolating, like you’re caught between worlds: tethered to the physical but sensing something greater, something unseen. Just as Saturn sits at the edge of the visible planets, standing as a bridge between the familiar and the transformative outer realms, so too do we.

Your relationship is the single most important relationship you need to invest into. You are meant to stand by your partner, and your partner is there to stand by you. You and your partner will walk bridges together, climb mountains 🏔️ , walk through the desert 🌵, run into valleys and many other life experiences. It is a choice every single day to hold your partners hand and travel through not only the good times together, but also sail 🚤 into the storms together.

is my favorite thing to love-hate. lol Let me explain… I love it on the good/easy days and love and hate it on the hard days. The hard days it’s easy to hate 75Hard. But once I finish my day on a “Hard” day that’s when I love it again because I did it!!! I did it through tears. I did it through physical pain. I did it through emotional heartbreak. I did it through love. I did it through laughter. I did it no matter what!!! I DID IT AND IM DOING IT!!! Let’s face it!! As much as the physical pictures are my side effect, it’s really about building mental toughness within myself. It about loving myself in every aspect of life. You can roll your eyes at the last sentence but it’s true. will teach you to
Love yourself in a way that you never have before because you have never trusted yourself like this until you do it. I’m not even done yet. Sept 13th is my last day of 75Hard and Sept 14th is the first day of phase 1. Stay tuned

Embrace Your Imperfections

Imagine a butterfly with a piece of its wing missing. To the outside world, it remains a beautiful creature, embodying grace and transformation. Yet, the butterfly might see its missing part as a glaring imperfection. Similarly, many of us focus on our flaws and judge ourselves harshly, while others see our true beauty and potential.

We often worry about how others perceive us, fearing their judgment. However, the harshest critic is usually ourselves. We magnify every flaw, every imperfection, while the world is too busy seeing their own reflections to notice our perceived shortcomings.

What if we paused to recognize that the critical voice we hear is not truly us, but our inner critic? This inner critic magnifies our flaws and undermines our self-worth. Yes, we can have multiple critics within us, but until we learn to take control of our own mind, these voices will continue to dominate.

By acknowledging that these critical voices are not our true selves, we can begin to quiet them. Embrace your imperfections as part of your unique beauty. Just like the butterfly, your missing piece does not diminish your value; it adds to your story of resilience and growth.

Remember, your imperfections are a part of what makes you unique. Embrace them, quiet your inner critic, and take control of your mind. Your true self is waiting to shine.
