The first Cat Yoga of the summer did NOT disappoint! 🐱🧘‍♀️

7 adoptable kittens + 24 amazing yogis came together to support the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast.

All proceeds go directly to the adoptable cats to help get these babies into their furever homes.

These kittens are soon to be up for adoption after their spay/neuter surgeries. If you’re interested, contact 🫶🏻

Still at it with my baseball boys! ⚾️

They made it through Districts, Regional Quarterfinals, Regional Semifinals, and now they’re headed to the Regional Finals!

I had my yoga assistant there to help me make sure they’re in tip top shape going into their games this weekend.

Cat Yoga Summer Series is BACK and I cannot wait to see you on the mat, with some very special furry distractions 😸

Hi yoga friends! 🧘‍♀️

I know it’s been a minute… I’ve been over here practicing a new & different kind of yoga 😅 (swipe to see my new “teacher” in action).

Between baby snuggles and private sessions, I’ve been taking some time away from teaching to reimagine what I want to offer this community.
