Posted • First day back working with beginning of phase 1 off camp training.🐺⚔️

At this time focus is set on low level plyometrics to increase tendon stiffness and elasticity. Using pogo variations, squat jumps, ballistic motions in lower amplitude to provide a base and help potentiate into higher levels of power going further.

For strength work we are keeping it fast maintaining a bae speed of 8.5-1.2 m/s increase speed strength and explosiveness with the upper body. Utilizing coil press using to identify velocity zones for proper training parameters.

Going into auxiliary exercises for the trunk and posture using cable chop, YWT’s and a ab rollover bear crawl combo for trunk stability and body control.

Posted • back at it with some speed strength and explosive strength training getting ready to start camp for next fight!👊🏼

Today we were able to set some baseline readings on the for load preference. This will set the peramters of load going further plus give us an accurate understanding for future fatigue management protocols.

Going further my goal for him is to improve mobility and joint capacity along with fluidity and greater oxygen delivery/cardiac output.
