Florida heat can sneak up on you fast, especially when you’re out on the course for four+ hours. Staying hydrated helps you keep your energy up, stay focused, and enjoy your round from the first tee to the last green.
Bring water with you, refill when you can, and don’t wait until you feel thirsty to take a drink. On even hotter days, adding an electrolyte drink can also help replace what you lose while sweating.
Take advantage of shade, grab a drink at the turn, and make hydration part of your round.
