Nam's Tae Kwon Do Center is a martial art school dedicated to Traditional and Oylmpic Taekwondo. The school is under the direct instruction of Grandmaster Nam, Sung Bok. Grandmaster Nam is an 8th Degree Kukkiwon Black Belt who has been considered to be a pioneer of Tae Kwon Do in the United States and the world over. Grandmaster Nam’s Career Highlights

Vice President of the United States at the 26th Infantry Division, Republic of Korea, Uijongbu, South Korea, during the Vice President's state visit.
1966 Conducted demonstration for L.B. Johnson President of the United States at the 26th Infantry Division, Republic of Korean, Uijongbu south Korea, during the president's state visit.
1966 Conducted demonstration at the Korea Military Academy in Seoul, South Korea for Mr. Holt, Prime Minister of Australia, during the Prime Minister's state visit.
1966 Conducted demonstration at the Korea military Academy in Seoul, South Korea for Mr. Tha Non Kitikhajorn, Prime Minister of the kingdom of Thailand during his state visit.
1967-1970 Employed as a body guard for Party Leader, Yung Sam Kim, who later served as President of South Korea from 1992-1997.
1972-1976 During South Asian War, taught Tae Kwon Do to the Laos Army Special Forces. Later in Thailand, trained the Thailand Army School Commandos, Thailand Police Command, Metropolitan Police, U.S. Marines Corps, the American International School and the British School.
1982 In Egypt, taught Tae Kwon Do at the Egypt Military Academy, Police Academy and the Army Commandos. At Air Force Headquarters, trained the Brigadier General, Major General and Lieutenant General.
1983 Taught Tae Kwon Do at the Hapoel Sport Federation and the Tel Aviv University, in Israel.
1984 Arrived in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. and opened Nam's Tae Kwon Do Center.
1993 Head Coach for U.S. National Tae Kwon Do Team.
1994-2003 Elected and served as President of the Pennsylvania State Tae Kwon Do Association, a chapter of the United States Tae Kwon Do Union. Elected judge and referee for the Summer Olympic Tae Kwon Do Qualifying Tournament held in Stockholm, Sweeden. Selected Olympic Athletes who went to compete in Sydney, Australia for the 2000 Olympics.
2003-2011 Instructor, Iraq War, Head Coach for Military and Olympic Team.
1986-Present Active supporter of the United Way of Monroe County, Pennsylvania. (National Recognition).
