Starting this weekend, Sept 5, open gyms are moving to Saturdays! Tell your friends, let’s hoop🔥

Also, the Friday group trainings will be moved to Wednesdays at 6pm.

If you’re in 7th/8th grade, and you want to compete with the HS athletes, send a DM!

Women’s League is BACK at Hoop Central Ohio! 🏀

Whether you’re looking to compete, stay active, or just get back on the court with a team, our Tuesday Night Women’s League is open to all competition levels.

📅 Tuesdays - October 13 through December 15
⏰ 7 PM & 8 PM game times
🏀 8 regular season games + playoffs for every team
💰 $400 per team + $35 weekly ref fee
👥 8 teams max

We’re incredibly grateful for the continued support and growth of our Friday Nights at HCO! 🏀

To give athletes more opportunities to train, play, and compete, we’re introducing a new Friday night structure:

- 5 PM - Co-Ed Middle School Training
- 5:30 PM - Co-Ed Middle School Open Gym
- 6 PM - High School Boys Open Gym
- 7 PM - Co-Ed Group Training
- 8 PM - High School Girls Open Gym

Thank you to everyone who continues to train, compete, and spend their Friday nights with us. We’re excited to keep building!

Please register online in advance so we can plan accordingly and provide the best experience for everyone.

Athlete Spotlight 🏀

We recently had the opportunity to work with freshman Peyton Bambrick from Willoughby South High School.

Peyton is a skilled, well-rounded player with a great feel for the game and excellent body control. During her introductory workout, she learned quickly, embraced every challenge, and showed the kind of coachability that makes development fun to be a part of.

Looking forward to following her progress this season!
