High Fitness has brought joy and people who are so special into my life. It's a format- how is that possible you may ask?!
Well it's addicting so when you travel or move to another state - you seek it out and the people who take or teach it!! It's awesome in Utah, across the globe and finally it found its way to Ohio and AOK! Fitness via in 2020---a year later she returned to Utah leaving me heartbroken 💔 but just as one door closes- another opens in walks Jillian! Instant connection!
And so began her trek cross town weekly to teach her HIGH class! Im so grateful; in the snow, at night, through 2 more babies and too many songs of the week to name!
We had adventures and spent time together when her busy life allowed My hope was one day she'd move closer to me and AOK!- but move she is, just farther away in Oklahoma- I guess that's OK....just not AOK! but I know she'll talk about the community she's leaving behind and just how special she is to have been a part of it. I will miss her dearly. Best wishes on your journey my beautiful friend- my you and your precious family have a great life down south! "Ya'll come back now ya hear!"
