To the dads who cheer the loudest, carry the heaviest gym bags, wake up early for meets, spend weekends in the stands, and always believe in their daughters—you are appreciated more than you know.

Thank you for every ride to practice, every encouraging hug after a tough routine, and every celebration after a personal best. Your love, support, and dedication help our gymnasts grow not only as athletes but as confident young women.

Today, we celebrate all of the amazing dads, grandpas, stepdads, and father figures who are part of the Crossroads Elite family.

EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH: Ava Culpepper 🌟

Please join us in congratulating Ava on being named Crossroads Elite Gymnastics Academy’s Employee of the Month! 🎉

Ava has been a valued member of the Crossroads family for the past 4 years. As a former gymnast herself, she brings knowledge, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping our athletes grow both in and out of the gym.

Currently a junior at Bowling Green State University studying Sociology, Ava continues to inspire others through her dedication, kindness, and commitment to making a positive impact.

We are incredibly grateful for everything Ava does for our gym and our families. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and caring nature make her an invaluable part of our team.
