Today at Pro Sports Performance, our community came together for something bigger than a workout.

On Memorial Day, we took on “Murph” not just for the challenge, but to remember the sacrifice, courage, and selflessness of the men and women who fought for our freedom and this great country we live in. We honor those who gave everything and reflect on the freedoms we often take for granted.

From first timers to veterans of the workout, every mile, pull-up, push-up, and squat was completed with purpose today. The energy, support, and community shown throughout the morning is what makes PSP special.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, pushed themselves, encouraged others, and helped make today meaningful. Remember those who have fallen. Celebrate our freedom. Never forget why we do this. 🇺🇸

Heroes Day 2026 ❤️🇺🇸

Here is a glimpse of yesterday’s 9-hour, 12-workout day. What an unbelievable day of members, family, and friends coming together to push limits, support one another, raise money for a great cause, and accomplish things that maybe once felt unthinkable.

From the first workout to the final 12, the energy, encouragement, and community spirit were incredible. Days like this remind us that it’s bigger than fitness, it’s about people coming together with purpose.

We appreciate every single person that showed up, participated, donated, volunteered, and helped make this another amazing Heroes Day. Thank you for being part of something special and for being part of the PSP community.

Trying new things can be uncomfortable, but growth happens when we step outside of that comfort zone.

Today our 9:30 ladies took on the challenge of handstand holds and absolutely crushed it. 💪🏼 From first attempts to holding strong, it was awesome to see everyone encourage one another and attack something new.

Never be afraid to try, learn, fail, and improve. That’s how confidence is built. Great work today ladies!
