If you signed up to help, a group text message will be going out today to reach out to everyone. If you did not sign up and want to help just let us know here or send us a message. Also if you do not get a text today and did sign up, let us know! The more the merrier! We will post the links in the comments where you can sign up to help. If there are no slots left open to help on the sign up, please reach out! There are always more ways to help! You can sign up to help as much as you want. This helps us stay organized and things running as smoothly as possible!
🏈 Pre-Game Meals(Fridays)- before each game we take the boys food down to the field house around 3pm. We need 2 people to help set up and serve food. We also need people to donate water, fruit, plates, etc. All those things needed are in the sign up. If you want to split the item you are bringing with someone else please put that in the comments. There are 2 slots open for a few things that have been split in the past! ❤️
🏈 Grill Tent- This is to help grill or serve food. There are slots for freshman, JV, and Varsity games. Anyone can help. Parents, friends, students, uncles, aunts, or grandparents! We know there are men that have offered to grill for varsity games, but we also need men/women to grill for JV games. We do not expect you to help while your player is on the field! We do need donations for condiments and things but a text will go out for that as things are needed.
