Pilates is really just saying “wait I actually love this one” 14 times in a row.

We weave the Wunda chair into our reformer classes to challenge strength, control, balance, and make you work in ways you weren’t expecting.

And with only 5 people per instructor, we’re able to actually watch your form, make corrections, and coach you through the little adjustments that change everything.

Small classes make a big difference.

Olivia is not just kind of busy, she is definitely busy. If she’s not working on growing her career in sales, instructing ski lessons, traveling or being a social butterfly - she’s 100% crushing it at Studio108. And probably 2x per day, too.

She brightens the studio the second she walks in and she’s guaranteed to make you laugh if you’re in her class. We suggest picking the reformer next to her because you will become friends.
