Summer is almost here at the Stratford YMCA!

Our Summer Camp season begins on Wednesday, June 24, and we're excited to welcome over 120 campers each day for a summer full of fun, friendships, swimming, field trips, and adventure!

As camp gets underway, please note that our Pool and Fitness schedules will have some seasonal adjustments to accommodate camp activities and programming. We encourage all members to review the updated schedules before visiting.

Updated schedules are available at the front desk and on the Y360 App.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we balance the needs of our members and campers throughout the summer. We look forward to a great season for everyone!

Looking for ways to improve your health and well-being? Join us this week for two great FREE Wellness Workshops at the Stratford YMCA!

Meditation & Stretching with Diana Knapp. Learn simple meditation techniques you can practice at home and gentle stretches to help reduce tension and improve flexibility.

Medication Safety with Mary Therien, RN, BSN, MBA, President/CEO of Stratford VNA. Learn how to avoid common medication mistakes, including taking the wrong medication or incorrect dosage, and gain valuable tips for managing medications safely.
