FAQs

1️⃣ Can I book 60min. Rentals using my credits?

ANSWER: YES. You can book back to back 30min. Rentals to rent for 60mins.

2️⃣ Why are the credits for 30min. instead of 60mins.?

ANSWER: To allow for flexible rental durations. 60min credits would not allow for a rental any less than 60mins. 30min. Rentals are technically a NEW service bookable by customers.

3️⃣Does the purchase of a Membership allow for facility access without scheduling?

ANSWER: NO. Membership holders will be required to schedule a Cage or Turf "rental" like all other customers, but will be prompted to use their credits at CHECKOUT.

4️⃣Can I use a Membership for my Baseball/Softball Team?

ANSWER: NO. We are exploring the possibility of Team Memberships, but need to establish the structure of the service to ensure schedule availability. There will likely need to be a limit or cap on the number of Team Memberships.
