acidotic RACING Community | Competition | Charity Regardless of where you finish, it's how you finish that matters.

Our philosophy is to give nothing less than everything we have while displaying the highest measure of sportsmanship to our fellow competitors, race officials, volunteers, and spectators. We are also committed to helping those in our communities who are less fortunate. Not only do our events benefit non-profits, but throughout the year we are involved in a number of charitable giving campaigns and

are very proud of the thousands of dollars we've raised over the years. Each of our athletes are keenly aware of how fortunate they are to be able do the things they do. That's why they are so generous with their time, energy, and resources.

Most endurance athletes believe this:

➡️ If progress stalls → train harder

But that instinct is often what keeps athletes stuck.

Plateaus rarely happen because you’re not working hard enough.

They happen because stress and recovery are mistimed.

Every training block:

⛏️ Digs a hole
🔋 Recovery fills it back in
📈 Adaptation builds fitness

But if you dig again before the hole is filled…

you’re not building fitness.

You’re just digging deeper.

In Episode 11 of the Rise & Shine Podcast, we cover:

✔️ The physiology of supercompensation
✔️ Why more training can stall progress
✔️ How coaches use Training Stress Balance (TSB)
✔️ The difference between functional & non-functional overreaching

If progress feels buried…

🛑 Stop digging.
