Hello. Happy 4th of July week! Barre classes are back and at 3 different times (only 2 this week due to the holiday on the 4th). Please be sure to check out a class. It's a great workout which incorporates strength, core, stretching, and muscle lengthening.

Hello. I'm happy to be back in VT after a very relaxing Cape week. Now it's time to get back to moving!

This week's schedule locations are very different due to a camp at the Stowe Arena. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's 8:30 classes will all be held at Ride. If the weather holds we will go outside. Of course kids are always welcome!

Tuesday and Thursday at 6:15am will still be held at the Stowe Arena.

Monday- 8:30- 30/30 Split @ Ride (30 minutes of biking/ 30 minutes of strength)
Tuesday- 6:15am- Boot Camp- Stowe Arena
Wednesday- 8:30 Boot Camp @ Ride (weather permitting outside)
Wednesday- 10:00- 30/30 Split @ Ride
Thursday- 6:15am- Boot Camp- Stowe Arena
Friday- 8:30 Boot Camp @ Ride (weather permitting outside)
Saturday- 8:00am- 30/30 Split @ Ride
Sunday- FREE BARRE CLASS- 9:00am
