Hi all, summer has been amazing at our new studio; New classes, new website, new teachers, new students, new sign-up platform and more! Hot Pilates and Yin Yoga are the newest exciting additions to our lineup. We have non-heated, warn, heated and Pilates classes for all abilities. At Yoga, Movement & Wellness by Hot Yoga Stowe we are VERY excited to announce an Open House at our new, beautiful, studio in Stowe's Lower Village on Sunday, July 9th. Address: 618 South Main Street 2-9 (park behind the building off River Road). The FREE CLASS schedule will be as follows (Please sign up through the MindBody App. Sign up for as many classes as you'd like, but space is limited):

8:30-9:30AM: Hot Flow with Abby (Upstairs)
9:00-10:00AM: Warm Slow Flow with Jacquie (Downstairs)
10:00-11:00AM: Inferno Hot Pilates with Alexis (Upstairs)
5:15-6:15PM: Hot Core with Emma (Upstairs)
5:30-6:30PM: Dharma Flow with Tracy (non-heated Downstairs)
