Emily still available for 1-on-1 personal training, though appointment slots are limited.

With over 8 years of experience in sports and fitness training—including volleyball, basketball, track and field, powerlifting, and bodybuilding from grade school to D3 athletics—​she work​s with clients aged 11 to 77 of all abilities. ​Emily firmly believe​s that fitness is for everyone, and look​s forward to helping you reach your goals.

SUMMER BASH 2026 💪🏼

Thoughts on summer bash 2026… Holy crap!!! 👀😭

I’ve sat down to post this at least five times over the last couple days and felt like I just didn’t have the right words.

This was our first time doing an event like this, we had no idea what the hell we were doing. And thank goodness for such great coaches and members that gave advice, ideas, and helped really put this in action.

I am humbled every single day that I walk through the gym doors at how much this Gym is loved, talked about, and supported by all of you! And then this weekend to have members of the community, other gyms and so much support… That is what this is all about.

Giving back to the community, supporting kids, and making an impact is really the culture that we were trying to build, and we are so proud of that and all of you!
We are so proud to say that we are at approximately $850 to donate to Stow city schools for unpaid lunch accounts. We will leave donations open until Thursday as we have extra summer bash T-shirts for sale for $10 and all of the proceeds from that will be donated. We have approximately 15 shirts left.

We appreciate all of you that put together teams, that showed up and volunteered to participate, and all of our vendors!!!
