Happy Transformation Tuesday! This week we’re celebrating Janice! It’s such a treat to be in camp with Janice with her positive attitude and dedication to becoming a stronger version of herself-she truly inspires and pushes everyone around her. I came in with goals, but I had no idea how much Burn would change me. I wanted to be healthier, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I came wanting to lose weight. But I have gained so much more! I learned a lot those first years! But life happens and there were a lot of hurdles along the way. I have always been grateful for the Burn community for being there for me. Telling me that it was okay when the life situations happen and to just show up when I can! I continued to learn and made small changes that became habit. I think if I stopped going to Burn, I would have literally fell apart.

Recently, some health issues have changed, and I knew something had to change. The trainers/ambassadors challenged me out of my comfort zone. They challenged my “excuses”. So, I showed up, even on the hard days. Over time, the small wins added up. I got stronger. I moved better. I pushed past limits I didn’t even know I had. I learned discipline, patience, and how to trust the process.

Today, I’m proud of the progress I’ve made — not just in how I look, but in how I feel. I have more energy, more confidence, and a mindset that refuses to quit. I have built habits that stick. The results didn’t happen overnight — they came from consistency, sweat, and refusing to give up. I’m not done yet. I’m stronger, more focused, and ready for whatever comes next.
